Provisional Agenda
The provisional agenda for the ELACTA General Assembly on May 15, 2026 focuses on organizational updates and key decisions for the next biennium. Members can participate in online voting starting 10 days prior to the meeting.
- Opening & Welcome: Presidential address, approval of the GA 2026 agenda and Minutes from the GA 2024.
- Annual Reports: Presentation of the Mid-term report and financial auditor’s report.
- Executive Board Updates: Report on activities from the President.
- Elections & Appointments: coopting new Board member
- Strategic Planning: Discussion on future initiatives (e.g., the 2028 conference in Vilnius, proposals for ELACTA conference 2020, CERPs International 2027, etc. ).
- Announcements: Announcement of the online voting results.
How to Attend
Participants attending the GA should ensure they are active ELACTA members (see: ELACTA Statutes 7.1, 7.2).

Online Voting in Advance
Online voting will open on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 (10 days before the Assembly), at 9:00 CET.
- Procedure: Documents for voting and the unique link to access voting form will be placed on the website.
- Voting: Members with the voting right (full members – see: ELACTA Statute 4.1.1, 7.2) can vote online personally.
- Deadline: Advance online voting closes on May 14, 2026, at 17:00 CET.
