Registration and reservation of a place are confirmed only upon payment.
Registration will be confirmed once the payment is received by the Organizing Secretariat.
All bank fees and transfer charges shall be borne by the payer.
The ticket price must be received in full by the Organizer, free and clear of any bank charges or deductions.
The fee includes:
- access to conference sessions
- speaker presentations / handouts (where permitted)
- lunch and coffee breaks for each event day
- certificate of attendance

Participation fees may be paid in EUR or RON equivalent at the daily exchange rate.
