Prices
ELACTA membership entitles you to discounted prices. You are a member of ELACTA if your national association is an ELACTA member (see member associations list) or if you subscribed as an individual member.
Please note that in some cases not all members of the national associations are automatically ELACTA members.

Please, note that ELACTA has assigned the WFB Bremen Convention Bureau with the registration for the event ELACTA CONFERENCE 2022. The WFB Bremen Convention Bureau, therefore, will claim the participation fee on behalf of ELACTA.

Cancellation Policy
– Up to the end of early bird rate (February 28th): 100% refund with 50€ cancellation fee.
– Between the end of February and the end of “normal bird rate” (April 15th) ELACTA refunds 60%.
– After the end of “normal” (after April 15th) 0% refund.
In case of serious health issues or similar (with a written certificate) 100% refund minus 50€ cancellation fee can be issued.
At any time, you can appoint a person to use your ticket. In that case please e-mail the WFB Bremen Convention Bureau: verbeck@bremen-tourism.de
If the event is cancelled by ELACTA, a full reimbursement will be issued.
COVID-19 Regulation
At present, the German regulation does not require that you have proof of COVID-19 vaccination or recovery from COVID-19 to attend a public event.
However, in order to protect each other, we decided to ask everyone to wear ffp2/K95 masks, which will be, therefore, necessary during the whole conference. We also require G3. That is to say, if you do not have a recent/3 doses vaccination or proof of recovery, you are requested to verify your negative status by taking an antigenic test prior to attending the conference.
We ask this to increase safety for everyone and as a courtesy to the other attending persons. Covid-19 testing facilities are widely available and free in Bremen.
Needless to say, if you experience any symptoms (such as, but not limited to fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea), you are required to refrain to attend the conference.
We reserve the right to change the requirements should the local rules change again in a restrictive way.

General Assebly
On friday 13th May, at 17:00 will be held the General Assembly of ELACTA.
All members of ELACTA are invited to participate, only members who are IBCLCs can vote.

If you are not coming to Bremen but you want to participate in the election of the new Board, you can do so following by delegating a colleague who will be present at the General Assembly.

All participants of the ELACTA Conference 2022 can actively contribute to the ELACTA Conference 2022 by presenting their experiences and their knowledge!
Present a poster or an abstract for an oral presentation in the areas of Clinical practice, Policies and advocacy, Research, Breastfeeding support projects.
Submissions are now closed.
The best poster and oral presentation can win one free entrance to the next ELACTA Conference in 2024, and research poster abstracts could be selected to be published in ELACTA’s magazine, Lactation and Breastfeeding.
